Notes
Updates
The Mac and Linux apps update themselves in the background and never nag. The Microsoft Store, the App Store and Google Play update the Windows, iPhone, iPad and Android apps.
Signed builds
macOS builds are notarized by Apple, so the app opens without warnings on macOS 13 or later. The Windows, iPhone, iPad and Android apps are signed and delivered by their stores. The Linux AppImage carries no distribution signature; the app verifies every update against the key built into it.

Changelog
Recent releases, in plain language
v1.0.1
The stripboard has a Roadmap view. Select "Roadmap" above the board to see each shoot day as a column, with a row for each set and each cast member. A bar shows the consecutive days each one is needed, and a hold day shows as a dashed bar.
v1.0.0
Scripts show a short animation while they open, and scripts already on the device open without waiting for the cloud. On macOS and Linux, the app menu shows Remove command line tool after the app installs the tool. The apps and the command line tool now prove each sign-in with a one-time code challenge. Scene headings in the sides picker show in capitals. On a phone, Back from a workspace opened from a production returns to the Library.
v0.75.0
Adds the Screencake CLI for scripts, storyboards, call sheets, and AI agents.
v0.74.0
Adds a mood board for each script, breakdown element profiles, and a complete budget with a cost report, fringes, scenarios, currencies, and a lock. Library favorites now sync with your account, and you can sign out your other sessions. Encrypted scripts use a hybrid post-quantum key wrap; existing keys keep working and can be upgraded from Account settings. Pricing cards show your current plan. The iPhone Duo layout is ready. Form controls match the app theme on every platform.
v0.73.5
Fixes the desktop app staying on “Connecting…” and never syncing.
